It looks like this arrangement may be the one by Lorie Line as mentioned previously… The book containing it is her “Simply Grand” one. It’s not cheap but I’ve ordered one… hopefully it’s the correct one as the arrangement in the Zbigniew Preisner book is by Martha Kent and I really don’t like it much at all
