My Friends Call Me The Garden Composter
This is going to focus on a really simple method of composting. That of course is the general idea behind this post. There is a lot of material out there about compost methods and techniques, the last thing you need is another post that explains the technical aspect of the process.
My friends refer to me as the garden composter, and with good reason I suppose. Although there are a lot of supplies outside such as grass clippings, leaves. A lot of the waste from inside the house can be added to the compost pile. Kitchen scraps, newspaper, coffee and filters just to name a few.
Compost is an organic substance that can be added to the soil which functions more than just being a fertilizer. It is a mulch, a soil conditioner, and something that will help the soil give the best nutrients and minerals your plants will need to be healthy and strong.
